The attorneys of the firm RUDOLF & VOSSBERG are members of the bar association (“Rechtsanwaltskammer”) and are therefore subject to the oversight of this body as regards adherence to the rules of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (“Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung”, “BRAO”), the Rules of Professional Practice (“Berufsordnung der Rechtsanwälte”, “BORA”), the Attorney Compensation Act (“Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz”, “RVG”), and – with regard to international legal proceedings – the Law Regulating the Activity of European Lawyers in Germany (“Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte in Deutschland”, “EuRAG”) and the Code of Conduct for European Lawyers (CCBE).

All members of the partnership are admitted to practice law in the Federal Republic of Germany and are members of the Koblenz bar association. The aforementioned statutory professional designations, “Rechtsanwalt” and “Rechtsanwältin” (meaning “attorney” in English), as well as the designation “Fachanwalt” (meaning “specialist lawyer” in English) have all been conferred in the Federal Republic of Germany.
