Dr. Klaus Rudolf is a partner at RUDOLF & VOSSBERG and is a specialist lawyer (“Fachanwalt”) for labor and employment law. He also sits on the Specialist Committee for Labor and Employment Law of the Koblenz and Zweibrücken bar associations, and is an examiner for the Second State Examination in Law.
Dr. Klaus Rudolf advises and represents employers, works and staff councils, but also employees, senior managers, boards and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, as well as social security implications. He regularly appears before employment courts, higher labor courts, the Federal Labor Court and arbitration boards.
His specialties include supporting changes in operations, including negotiations over reconciliations of interests, social compensation plans and the formation of of transfer companies, as well as providing advice on other works constitution and staff representation issues.
