Ms. Janina Aue has been part of the RUDOLF & VOSSBERG team since August 2015. As a specialist attorney for labor law, she focuses on all aspects of employment law-related matters, advises on all questions regarding individual, collective as well as international labor law and represents her clients nationwide before the labor and state labor courts as well as the Federal Labor Court.
She advises employees, executives, managers and managing directors primarily on termination issues (through notice of termination or termination agreement) as well as payment claims (including bonuses, premiums, negotiation of severance pay) and provides support in other conflict situations in the employment relationship, such as transfers, warnings, changes in working hours, in vacation- and fixed-term employment law, additionally she reviews job references.
With regard to employers, she specialises in being the contact person for the drafting of employment contracts, management service contracts and termination agreements, she mentors companies in the context of pending termination cases and advises on questions of works constitutional matters.
